Requirements

0-2+ years of hands-on experience with Java or any similar object-oriented programming language
Experience or strong interest in using AI tools to improve workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving
A passion for JavaScript and web technologies, with a focus on reusable and component-based development
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization
Exposure to modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
Strong analytical thinking and software design skills
Working knowledge of development tools like IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control systems, and basic system administration or Unix tools

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code by following best practices such as code reviews and unit testing
Collaborate closely with product owners to understand requirements and take ownership of features from design to deployment
Design user-friendly software that allows customers to easily customize and extend functionality
Contribute to the development of new products and features, while continuously improving existing solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the codebase
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve the software development process
