About This Role

The Shell Graduate Programme is a world-class development framework for fresh graduates to become the energy leaders of the future. This programme is open to engineering and commercial graduates from the 2026 Batch (and recent graduates).

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be given real responsibilities from Day 1 and will work on projects that directly impact the world’s energy future. You will have the opportunity to rotate through different roles within your function to gain a breadth of experience and access world-class training, mentoring, and certification opportunities.

Requirements

Final year students (2026 Batch) or recent graduates with less than 3 years of work experience
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in relevant Engineering, Science, or Commercial disciplines
Strong academic background
Capacity for analyzing data, creative problem-solving, and a drive to achieve results
Ability to work with global teams to solve complex energy challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Work on critical projects in the energy sector, including renewables and low-carbon solutions
Rotate through different roles within your function to gain a breadth of experience
Access world-class training, mentoring, and certification opportunities
Collaborate with global teams to solve complex energy challenges
Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to meet the world’s growing energy needs
Participate in a structured development programme lasting 2 to 3 years
Take on real responsibilities from Day 1 and make a meaningful impact on the business
