Siemens is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive - LVM Sales to join their team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer network and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through technical expertise and effective sales practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of switchgears and electric motors, as well as familiarity with commercial and pricing concepts. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech degree in a relevant field
Sound technical understanding of switchgears and electric motors
Familiarity with commercial and pricing concepts
Exposure to working with distribution channels and partner handling
Ability to carry out business discussions and reviews with channel associates to support growth
Goal-focused attitude with problem-solving ability and initiative
Customer-centric approach with strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

Develop new sales enquiries and suggest appropriate products based on client needs
Create well-structured and competitive proposals
Track offers, negotiate with customers, and finalize orders
Handle both direct sales and partner-led sales activities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through CRM tools
Design and evaluate sales plans to achieve assigned targets
Conduct product demos, seminars, and technical sessions for customers
