Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or equivalent degree qualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to work in a global environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead innovative projects
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Contribute to and lead innovative projects that are key to helping teams do great work in a global environment
Make a difference right away and acquire the skills and experience needed to become an increasingly important part of the team
Work with HR Operations Analyst, HR Payroll Analyst, and HR Representative teams
Provide support for HR-related activities and projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
