Tata Motors is hiring a Graduate Apprentice Trainee for freshers. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to work with a leading global automobile manufacturer and gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Requirements

BE/ BTech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and Engineering
No Backlog/No ATKT
Maximum 2 years of educational gap
Should not have signed an Apprenticeship Contract with any other company
Supply Chain Management and Decision support for operations and maintenance skills
Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with experienced professionals and gain exposure to manufacturing processes, product development, and cutting-edge technologies
Contribute to the development of innovative automotive solutions
Gather knowledge and develop skills in automobile operations, maintenance, supply chain management, and quality manufacturing planning
Build on technical knowledge in academia through exposure to industrial work
Improve understanding of manufacturing planning processes, production supervision, maintenance activity, part procurement, and quality management systems
Work on hands-on projects and assignments to become employable
Develop skills in aggregate development, automotive components, and machinery repair and maintenance
