About This Role

Tech Mahindra Direct is seeking energetic and motivated candidates to join its International Voice Technical Support team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technical support and excellent communication skills in English.

The role involves providing L1/L2 technical support, handling customer queries, diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support.

Requirements

  • Any degree qualification
  • 0 to 5 years of experience in international voice technical support
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of technical issues
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, or CA Service Desk
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and Windows OS
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and network troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Providing L1/L2 technical support
  • Handling customer queries through calls and emails
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
  • Recording and maintaining proper documentation of issues
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support
  • Working with ITSM tools and Active Directory
  • Troubleshooting hardware and network issues
