Requirements

Must be 2024 or 2025 graduates who have fully completed their degree
Minimum CGPA of 7.0 (or equivalent) with no active or pending backlogs
Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving mindset
Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C++, Go, C#, JavaScript / TypeScript, and SQL
Minimum 3 months of internship or academic projects demonstrating applied engineering learning

Responsibilities

Collaborate with experienced technology engineers in an Agile environment to identify innovative solutions
Design, code, and test solutions that make TJX platforms even better
Partner with the Global IT organization across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, and India
Work autonomously and collaborate in groups to tackle challenges, advance projects, and present solutions
Participate in an immersive learning program to expand technical capabilities
