Requirements

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
0-2 years of experience (freshers are eligible)
Basic understanding of network security and cybersecurity concepts
Key skills: Firewalls and network security, IDS/IPS systems, Vulnerability assessment and network scanning
Certifications (Optional but Valuable): CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Supporting the setup and management of firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and antivirus tools
Performing network scans to identify vulnerabilities
Assisting in system upgrades and security enhancements
Participating in incident response activities to investigate security threats
Helping with security audits and compliance checks
Evaluating different cybersecurity tools and solutions
Staying updated with the latest security trends and best practices
