About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as a Securities Operations Associate. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within the securities lifecycle and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Have at least 6 months of experience in securities operations or a related domain
Strong understanding of securities operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations within the securities lifecycle
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Review and handle low-risk operational tasks and issues
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to resolve queries and achieve goals
Gain knowledge in areas such as client onboarding, cash payments and funding operations, custodial services, and securities settlement
Assist in data collection and analysis for issue resolution
Handle low-complexity escalations within the team
