Responsibilities

Process & Transaction Support: Handle incoming customer queries via phone and email in a professional and polite manner
Customer Service & Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues effectively and guide customers through step-by-step solutions
Record and track all customer interactions and resolutions
Follow standard operating procedures to resolve queries efficiently
Use internal knowledge bases and resources to provide accurate solutions
Identify recurring issues and suggest preventive measures
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Team Leader when required
