Requirements

Excellent spoken and written communication skills are mandatory.
Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts.
Should be open to working in a 24×5 rotational shift environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office are required.
PAN card and Aadhaar card are mandatory documents.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2.5 years of relevant BPO experience are eligible.

Responsibilities

Deliver services accurately and within the defined productivity targets.
Resolve customer queries during the first interaction whenever possible.
Meet client service standards such as Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time, and Customer Effort.
Maintain high quality in calls, chats, and email communications.
Properly document and follow up on customer issues.
