About This Role

Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program 2026 is a unique opportunity for students to begin their professional journey at Wipro while pursuing an M.Tech degree from a reputed university. The program allows students to gain real-world industry exposure, a monthly stipend, and a sponsored M.Tech degree, all under one program.

The program is designed for students who are confused about choosing between higher studies and starting a career. With Wipro WILP, students can do both at the same time. The program is open to B.Sc or BCA graduates from the 2025 batch.

Eligible candidates can apply for Wipro WILP 2026 on or before 30 January 2026. The program offers a monthly stipend of up to ₹23,000 and a sponsored M.Tech degree from a reputed university.

Requirements

B.Sc or BCA graduate from the 2025 batch
Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation
Core Mathematics must be studied during graduation
One backlog is allowed during the online assessment
All backlogs must be cleared by the end of the 6th semester
