Requirements

Demonstrated track record of meeting performance metrics in an operations setting
Practical understanding of data processing requirements and trade-offs
Proficiency in root cause analysis
Experience leading process improvement efforts and/or training in Lean/6 Sigma

Responsibilities

Conduct data collection tasks associated with Amazon devices, applications, or services.
Complete assigned tasks daily by strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established guidelines.
Engage in process enhancement activities aimed at boosting team process quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
Collaborate with your team manager to address work delays or technical obstacles.
Notify the development team of any tool or software issues as needed.
Maintain confidentiality by adhering to all relevant Amazon policies regarding confidential information.
