Requirements

Perform tasks accurately and productively by following established processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Engage and collaborate with customers, gather and present customer feedback, and ensure Amazon remains competitive with a wide selection and accurate product information. Address challenging operational goals and maintain records of work, track business workflow, and escalate deviations as needed.
Report audit results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
Analyze data to identify new trends and patterns.
Identify common patterns in customer escalations and translate these into guidelines and SOPs to enhance the escalation process.
Provide feedback to streamline existing processes, aiming for consistent and high-quality results.
Be willing to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with two other days of the week off.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Proficiency in Excel
