Requirements

0-2 years of experience in application support or a related field
Any graduate degree (e.g., BE, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc)
Strong technical skills and knowledge of software applications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications
Monitor and analyze application performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases
Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support as needed
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in application support
