About This Role

Citi Group is seeking fresh graduates for the Global Technology Analyst Program, a unique 2-year journey designed to accelerate growth in the ever-evolving world of technology.

The program offers a broad skillset and career growth opportunities through exposure to multiple teams in technology. Participants will use various tools to test and debug code, participate in peer coding reviews, and receive additional support through training and a cohort of new hires.

Requirements

BE/B.Tech/BSC/MCA or any graduate degree
Strong foundation in computer science and software engineering principles
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly

Responsibilities

Participate in the development of software applications and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Design, develop, and test software applications and systems
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
Work with various technologies, including microservices, event streaming, and software architecture patterns
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for software development
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
