About This Role

Cognizant Direct is conducting a walk-in drive for the position of Semi-Voice Process Executive. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are looking for jobs in Hyderabad.

Job Role: Semi-Voice Process Executive

Candidates with any degree qualification are eligible to attend. The walk-in interview will be held from 16th to 18th March 2026, between 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
Ability to read and speak both English and Hindi fluently
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute in the preferred language
Basic understanding of Google Maps navigation, geography, and customer support concepts

Responsibilities

Review and moderate listings while maintaining 98% or higher accuracy
Ensure tasks are complete within the defined SLA/TAT timelines
Work independently and understand performance metrics
Track and improve personal performance based on business requirements
Take responsibility for managing individual performance
