Job Overview: As a Graduate Analyst Trainee, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to the business teams, analyzing data, and identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions. Requirements

Three-year full-time degree in BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, or BBA from the 2024 and 2025 batches
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support to business teams, including data analysis and trend identification
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to inform business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that drive business results
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business innovation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and team members
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge
