Cognizant is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join their team as an Analyst Trainee. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science and excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Overview: As an Analyst Trainee, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and inquiries. You will also be required to log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems.

Requirements

Three-year full-time degree in BCA, BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or allied streams
Consistent academic record with minimum 60% in X, XII, and UG
Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and technology
Flawless communication (verbal and written) with clients
Sound technical knowledge
Ability to work in shifts and from office
Open to Indian nationals only

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and inquiries
Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing diagnosis and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution
Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving
Work in shifts and from office
Ensure client satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
