The company is looking for a Process Developer to join their team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in commerce and excellent English language skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, articulating and demonstrating basic accounts payable process concepts, and resolving vendor queries and requests.

Requirements

Graduated in Commerce (B.Com)
Meaningful work experience
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
Ability to understand the nuances of India AP aspects
Knowledge of Tax Deducted at Source and GST
Basic knowledge of accounts payable process concepts

Responsibilities

Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment
Articulate and demonstrate basic Accounts payable process concepts – 3 way match, PO, NON PO, GRN etc.
Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA
Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are balanced taking based on the exception tracker
Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes
Follow up with requisitions (via calls/ mails or tickets) to seek hold invoice as per the AP guideline
