Requirements

Graduate degree in any discipline (except Law and Diploma)
0-5 years of experience in a customer service role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Prior experience in a voice process is preferred
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and resolve their concerns effectively
