Requirements

Graduation in 2025 from a recognized university
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Familiarity with data entry and transaction processing is a plus

Responsibilities

Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide backend support to clients and resolve queries
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and goals
Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in transaction processing
Maintain accurate records and reports
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance productivity
Meet productivity and quality standards set by the team
