Ms. Buddhiraju Early life:
Ms. Buddhiraju was born and brought up in Telangana. She has been a topper all her life. Being a tomboy, she was very active in not just studying but also in everyway. She always had that fire and passion to grow, so she worked hard in school and cracked JEE with ease. Cracking JEE wasn’t easy back then and it was a great victory to seize a seat in IIT Banaras.

Her IIT Life:
The real challenge here is, surviving in a completely different place, away from home, in Banaras. ‘IIT not just taught me engineering but life’ says Ms. Buddhiraju. She feels so glad that she got to experience a life that made her who she is now.
Being a complete nerdish south Indian and surviving in the hypeer active college was nothing short of a feat. Ms. Buddhiraju learnt to manage her less pocket money. She would teach to their professors kids for pocket money. She was a topper even in the IIT.

Her first start up story:
Ms. Buddhiraju along with her classmates started Delivery uncle, just after their graduation. They built an online portal/meal booking platform for Railway/Bus passengers across India called DeliveryUncle that allowed passengers to order food online or through phone from a variety of restaurants at 90 locations across India. It was a great learning for Ms. Buddhiraju, she learnt managing clients, vendors, handles software design and development.

Her employment journey:
She is grateful for every opportunity she got in her life. She is ever grateful for getting a chance to work for an established company like HSBC. He says she has got a tough boss at HSBC. She says, a tough boss, will unleash the hidden power with in you, so having a good boss is indeed a blessing to know your capabilities and push your limits.

Her Autocracy journey:
She along with Mr. Vallakati Lakshman, started Autocracy. Autocracy Machinery is India’s leading manufacturer of specialty construction, agricultural and infrastructure machinery and attachments. She underwent many challenges while starting Autocracy. She took care of her company like her own baby. Autocracy has grown so big that, Ms. Buddhiraju won the woman entrepreneur award of the year 2023 and best emerging entrepreneur of the year award in July 2023.

Her Personal life:
Ms. Buddhiraju, is ever grateful for having best people surrounding her all her life. She expresses her gratitude to her mom and dad for being so supportive in every phase of her life. She feels so happy for people who were her seniors in college who indirectly taught her social skills. She feels happy for the tough bosses she faced. She thanks every person who contributed to her life in some or the other way.

Ms. Buddhiraju is one of a kind women, who are so rare to find. Getting inspired from her is a normal thing as she shows all the impeccable qualities.
