Mr. Ram is always on a quest to try something new. He loves to gear things up. He believes that life should upgrade every other decade. Top of Form Mr. Ram always craves a good challenge in life and constantly looks for a greater purpose in everything. Perhaps it's this mindset that led him to become a trusted entrepreneur.  

Initial Business idea and execution

In the entrepreneurial journey, there's a traditional path of gaining exposure through employment before venturing into business. Mr. Ram followed this route, dedicating 11 years to a UK-based company after completing his engineering degree. Though he earned appreciation and trust as a reliable employee, his innovativeness and exploration spirit pushed him to move out of the corporate walls. 

With remarkable courage, Mr. Ram took this bold step, and started investing in his entrepreneurial dream. He started IBaseIT in 2011. Initially with just one client and 30 members as a team. He managed every aspect of the workshop single-handedly up to 2016, gaining immense experience. 

In 2016, he transitioned from managing to building, expanding his venture to attract more clients. Now this company has grown to a 170 member team. Being deeply rooted in technology, Mr. Ram meticulously understood the exact needs of his clients and provided tailored product solutions. He also started another venture QATTS, a testing automation company to simplify the work of automated engineers. 

Recognizing a common challenge in the industry, Mr. Ram addressed the cost and efficiency issues associated with testing. Understanding that already established companies, during their growth, require more testers than developers, he introduced an automated testing concept. He believes this approach significantly reduces testing costs, especially as successful products often choose automation over time-consuming manual testing. 

He says, “QATTS is different from competitors”, Mr. Ram proudly presents its user-friendly nature. Unlike conventional solutions, QATTS operates as a browser-based process, delivering instant results without requiring users to install any additional software. He also gives assurance by saying, “Test it once and you don’t need to look after it again”. This reflects Mr. Ram's commitment to efficiency in the tech-driven business landscape. He was never chasing money but excellence. Money has been a by-product though. 

As a CEO

Mr. Ram always looks for a bigger purpose. He's not into financial gambles. Instead, he finds joy in spending time with the interns of his company and engaging in meaningful interactions. He enjoys sharing both work and life wisdom with them. He loves to enlighten them with healthy work culture, where huge learning happens. He believes that with the right tech exposure, fresh graduates can become skilled automation engineers in just 2-3 months. His down-to-earth mentality made him build not just a business but a lasting excellence. 

This story of his gives us the courage to take optimistic and calculated risks for exponential growth. Mr. Ram is not just a successful entrepreneur; he's a mentor who values purpose and passion, inspiring the next generation to innovate and build their legacies.
