From where he began:
Mr. Venky is a smart and tech-savvy individual. He hails from Kurnool, a town in Andhra Pradesh. Even though he studied Civil Engineering, his passion for technology motivated him to self-learn and excel in the field. Despite his family's political background, particularly his father being a well-known politician, he found more excitement in technology than in politics. His journey took him to the United States, where he gained significant knowledge in product management.

His Employment journey:
Failures are just stepping stones to success. Mr. Venky honestly says about his failure stories before townhall, just to give us, the budding entrepreneurs the courage to start. Townhall did not happen overnight. It happened after overcoming a lot of hurdles and self-doubt. He shares his experiences with honesty, for the benefit of younger generations. 
He started his employment journey in 2001. Mr. Venky has been so great at product development that he never failed to gain impressions and compliments on his work. He has world-class work experience, having worked for tech giants such as SNAZ, IBM, and IBOUGHTX for a good number of years. His tenure in these companies gave him the idea to develop his own company, which he plans to do in the later days.
Around 2009, he contemplated a project involving gated communities. Despite its appeal, he opted not to launch it due to concerns about proper execution. Mr. Venky had many amazing ideas, but faced many hurdles while trying to make them work. However, he did not get discouraged and instead showed resilience. In October 2021, Mr. Venky along with Parth Dalmia founded Townhall, which has now become one of the largest hybrid event tech platforms, with around 72,000 members participating at once. They recently organized ComicCon as one of their events, and renowned company BookMyShow has invested in Townhall. The goal of these entrepreneurs is to make Townhall a unicorn within the next five years, and we have no doubt that they will achieve this.

About His personal life and fitness: 
He extends his sincere appreciation to his wife, recalling the story of how they first crossed paths during his tenure at IBM. Their shared journey at work turned into a love story, culminating in a joyous marriage. He emphasizes the crucial role of surrounding oneself with the right people for personal growth. Mr. Venky feels fortunate to have wonderful individuals in his life. He prioritizes weekends for quality time with his daughters and wife. Offering advice to the younger generation, he suggests that while skipping a distant cousin's wedding might not have a significant impact, maintaining a strong presence within one's immediate circle is crucial. Mr. Venky encourages Gen Z to strike a balance between work and personal life by prioritizing wisely.

Mr. Venky is an avid fitness enthusiast, incorporating the practice of Surya Namaskar into his daily routine to maintain a sense of calm and composure. Those who engage with him can easily perceive his centered attitude. Mindful of his well-being, Mr. Venky emphasizes the importance of eating right, highlighting that prioritizing one's health is key. According to him, placing self-care above all else contributes not only to well-being but also to excellence in spirituality and business.
