Requirements

  • Proficiency in written and verbal Italian (B2 CEFR) and English
  • Schedule flexibility (support a 24×7 operations)
  • Internet connection with a speed range of 50-100 Mbps
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 0-10+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve HR queries in Italian and English
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that every interaction is acknowledged and handled with a high level of problem-solving and customer focus
  • Respond to employees' impacting issues that may arise and ensure the right communication and documentation occurs
  • Utilize sound judgment, reasoning, and critical thinking to strike a balance between procedure adherence and employees' requirements
  • Resolve cross-functional challenges to update and enhance policies by regularly consulting and working with partner teams on process modifications
  • Build customer trust through empathetic, personalized conversations
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved
