Basic MS Office - Excel

Responsibilities

Follow companies' Business Code of Conduct and work responsibly and professionally
Identify operational improvements and find solutions by using CI tools and techniques
Complete tasks and operations within agreed KPIs
Resolve user queries in a timely manner with attention to detail
Work in UK shifts and weekend working
Responsible for voice and ticket contact
Pro-active and resilient in order to work with various teams involved in resolving queries
