Requirements

Graduate (Any Discipline except law and diploma)
Fluency in English & Hindi language is mandatory
Previous experience in a customer service role (chat/email/voice) is preferred
Excellent proficiency with written English and a neutral English accent
Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills
Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
Ability to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts)

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries and concerns
Provide support for data collection to enable recovery of the account for end-users
Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis
Work well independently and within a larger collaborative environment
