Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Software Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience with software quality control processes
Strong understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with AI-driven techniques and adaptive test systems

Responsibilities

Analyze product requirements, system architecture, and real user behavior to develop automation strategies and test coverage
Participate in the software development life cycle, reviewing functional and system requirements to ensure testability and define measurable acceptance criteria
Build and maintain a scalable test automation framework using Playwright (web UI automation) with strong engineering practices
Automate critical user flows (smoke, regression, and high-risk business paths) by modeling realistic user behavior and validating the complete workflow
Develop automated validations for Web Services / APIs (service-level functional checks, contract validation, negative testing, error handling)
Use AI-driven techniques to reduce script failures, improve test reliability, and speed up automation development
Execute and monitor automated test runs across builds, analyzing failures to distinguish product defects vs. test issues
