About This Role

Standard Chartered is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Tech Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, with experience in Selenium, Java, and Cucumber. They will also have a good understanding of financial products and be comfortable working in a compliance-heavy environment.

Requirements

Strong experience in automation testing with Selenium, Java, and Cucumber
Good understanding of financial products, including invoice financing, import finance, and export finance
Basic knowledge of Swift messages, Series 4 and Series 7
Familiarity with ADO, JIRA, and MS Project tools
Ability to work in a compliance-heavy environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
