About This Role

YASH Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer to join their team in Pune.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science and programming skills in Python, C, or Node.js, as well as experience in IT, OT, or industrial automation domains.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 4 years of experience to build a career in IT/OT and industrial automation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
0–4 years of experience in IT, OT, or industrial automation domains
Strong programming skills in Python, C, or Node.js
Familiarity with technologies like SCADA, MES, PLCs, IoT platforms, and industrial communication protocols
Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications that connect IT and OT systems
Assist in deploying and troubleshooting smart sensors, PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow from shop-floor systems to enterprise applications
Collaborate with teams to design and implement industrial automation solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
