About This Role

Tech Mahindra is hiring for the position of Associate Analyst U1, a rare entry-level opportunity to work directly on payroll with a leading IT and BPM giant. This role is based in Noida and Hyderabad, and offers a stable, permanent position with a fixed weekend off and cab facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to manage stakeholders and clients, and proficiency in MS Excel and professional email drafting. This is a great chance to kick-start a rewarding career in the international BPO / KPO space.

Requirements

Graduation in any discipline (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, or equivalent)
0 to 6 months of experience in any international process — Voice or Non-Voice
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory
Ability to manage stakeholders and clients from US & UK via calls and emails
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email drafting

Responsibilities

Manually verify and monitor responses that automated digitized marking systems are unable to process within agreed confidence levels
Maintain qualitative and quantitative accuracy as per agreed SLAs consistently
Follow training, guidelines, and feedback provided for response verification and monitoring processes
Adhere strictly to data security and information protection guidelines at all times
Report any issues or operational challenges to the reporting manager proactively
Assist cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and delivery
